What services are offered?

One-on-one mentoring for administrators and executive directors that is individualized to the needs of the person.
Self-study courses that can be purchased under the Resources tab, which address a number of leadership topics as well as training on possible day-to-day tasks.
Small group trainings that cover an array of topics or can be tailored to the needs of the community.

Are you virtual or in-person?

There really isn’t anything that can replace in-person training, and with living in the Des Moines area, it is relatively easy for me to come onsite pretty much anywhere in Iowa if need be. With that being said, I offer equally as impactful virtual sessions as well. I’ll work specifically with you and your logistical needs.
